As mentioned previously, AcidBottle is known for producing high-quality releases for the Amiga platform. Among their notable projects on IndieRetroNews are Breakthru and Wonder Boy. Today, we bring you another exciting update from AcidBottle! A reliable source informed us earlier that they have unveiled the unofficial sequel to Fast Food Dizzy. Along with this announcement, we have gameplay footage and a detailed description of the game. Let’s dive in!
Here’s the scoop from the website: “Fast Food 2 Amiga, developed using the Scorpion Engine, is a continuation of the original Fast Food game by the Oliver Twins for CodeMasters in 1989. Players control Dizzy, who is on a quest to devour as many pizzas, burgers, and fizzy drinks as possible. Beware of the agile slimes that will try to hinder your progress!”
- 25 levels spread across 5 zones.
- 3 difficulty settings.
- Multiple soundtracks.
- High score tracking.
Developer Notes: *Please note that the game is complete, but the audio is still a work in progress. A final version will be released soon! In rare cases, hitting a powerup immediately after losing a life may cause a restart glitch. Please report any bugs encountered. I cannot test the game on all systems, so specify your setup when reporting issues.
