Indie Retro News: Tony, the popular monochrome game for the Commodore 64, is getting a full-color makeover today!

Indie Retro News: Tony - A hit monochrome game for the Commodore 64 will be going full colour later today!

The recent release of Tony for the Amiga, Atari XL, and C64 by Monochrome Productions was just announced, along with the spin-off game Go! Tony Go! for the Atari XL/XE. Now, a full-color version of Tony for the C64 is set to launch today. The developers promise an “invasion of color” with the whole VIC-II palette involved. The game is inspired by real-life Polish explorer Tony Halik and his adventures, inviting players to uncover the mysteries of Montezuma’s Castle in an 8-bit homage. The game will be available for purchase online, but those who already bought it earlier this year will receive the color update for free. Check out the source link for more information.
