In the early 90s, Gremlin released a popular top-down game called ‘Hero Quest’ based on a board game. Now, an improved version of the game is in the works for the Amstrad CPC. The new version will have various enhancements, including compatibility with 64k machines, a full soundtrack, improved color palettes, added furniture, faster music player, joystick or keyboard selection, and more. Additional features include levels from Return of the Witch Lord, improved visuals, redesigned cursor, and a new board background. The development team is working hard to bring this upgraded version to retro gaming fans.
