Digital Eclipse, Atari, and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment Reveal Final Lineup and Exciting New Features for Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection

COLOGNE, DE (August 21, 2025) | At today’s Xbox Showcase during gamescom, Digital Eclipse and Atari announced the final lineup and features for the highly anticipated *Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection*, set to launch later this year. The standout inclusion is the addition of *Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero* and *Mortal Kombat Special Forces*, two elusive titles from the PlayStation era that haven’t been available for decades. These classics will be joined by the recently announced *Mortal Kombat Trilogy*, which has been enhanced for modern systems, significantly reducing load times for a more seamless gameplay experience.

This unique version, designed to support Midway's WaveNet online matchmaking service for arcade machines, is notable for being the only arcade release to feature Noob Saibot as a playable character. Digital Eclipse has emulated and preserved this edition, making its debut in *Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection*.</p>
