The Last Ninja – Graphical revamps by Robert Ramsay – The Universe of Commodore 64

Ramsay’s goal is to give the iconic locations of the classic Last Ninja game a new visual look. For example, he just updated his version of the “Jump the River” scene, which was presented with a new UI and modernized graphics.

The background images and track sections were redrawn using the Megapaint tool, a pixel art drawing program popular in the C64 community.

The goal is to preserve the classic experience, but present it to players in a more modern, streamlined form.

Ramsay emphasizes that this revamp is a fan initiative, created for the C64 community. The revamp is not an official release, but a community creation built in honor of the old game.
