Indie Retro News: Hyper Runner

As a young person, I enjoyed playing classic 16bit/32bit racing games like Outrun, Lotus, and XJ220 on the Amiga. These games gave me the thrill of speed and close calls without the real-life consequences of reckless driving. If you share a love for such games, especially those with a sci-fi twist, keep an eye out for Hyper Runner; an upcoming sci-fi racing game for the Commodore Amiga by Raster Wizards, which looks even more impressive in its latest footage!

Hyper Runner is not only inspired by the amazing F-ZERO game on the SNES, but it will also feature around 15 levels, each with its own unique look, different vehicle options for racing, and is being developed by Colin Vella, with graphics by Tenshu and music by Mike Richmond. This highly anticipated game is sure to excite Amiga fans worldwide when and if it is released.
