Indie Retro News: Painter Man

Sure! Here’s a rewritten version of the content:

The sun is out, and the weather in the UK is absolutely delightful! However, if you’d prefer to stay indoors and indulge in some classic ZX Spectrum gaming, check out io.rrwm’s latest release, “Painter Man.” In this game, while enjoying the bank holiday, you play as Banky Van Daime, tasked with avoiding rampaging AI lions as you set out to paint your castle!

To celebrate this exciting launch, Saberman has kindly shared some gameplay footage below:

Here’s the scoop: Armed only with a bucket of paint and a six-inch pure bristle brush, Banky Van Daime aims to make the most of the bank holiday by painting his stunning castle. Unfortunately, timing isn’t on his side. A malware attack at the robot zoo has caused the AI lions to run wild, and they’ve made their way into the castle! Undeterred by the presence of these lethal lions, Banky continues his mission, occasionally spilling paint on the floor to confuse them and divert their attention. Once he completes a level (or room) by painting all the walls, he can advance to the next ten levels filled with unpainted spaces.
