It’s an exciting time for fans of the Commodore 64! Alongside a host of game news, the ongoing development of Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo by Gianluca “RetroGL” Alberico has unveiled a fresh demo version.
M. Bison, the leader of the Shadaloo organization, orchestrates a global fighting tournament to recruit the best fighters, using brainwashing as a method of selection.
Similar to SNK vs CAPCOM, this game is designed for both C64 and C128 platforms, utilizing the RetroFighter engine. The creator has built upon the GameBoy Advance version, SSF2T Revival, while incorporating unique features. The game will be compatible with a 1 MB EasyFlash or Kung Fu Flash cartridge.
This latest demo features:
- Improved animations for all fighters
- Bonus rounds like breaking a car and barrels
- Survival mode
- Two new backdrops
