New Member with Questions
I’ve recently joined and have a couple of questions. My neighbor, a retired teacher, offered me some Commodore items from her storage unit. I plugged in most of the drives, and they all powered on, but she didn’t have any monitors. Among the items were some games and modems. I’ve researched everything and got values for all but two items: a game and a Phonelink. The game, “Don’t Shoot That Word,” appears on emulator sites, but I can’t find any physical copies. I’ve asked around in other forums with no success. The Phonelink 64 cartridge seems to be similarly obscure. Can anyone provide information on these?

Re: New Member with Questions
BlueSky Software seems to have emerged late in the 8-bit era. Think of it as a 18 or 19-year-old trying to make a mark just as that era was ending—pretty intriguing, yet perhaps a bit sad.
Hayden Software appears to have produced titles like Crystal Cavern’s, Crime Stopper, Alibi, among others, but I couldn’t find much info on the company itself.

Re: New Member with Questions
I’ve read about these companies, but I still can’t find details on my two items anywhere. I’ve checked eBay, Amazon, Game Gavel, and there are no sold listings in their history. I’ve even reached out to Lemon64, Atariage, Nintendoage, etc., and none have additional info. The National Videogame Museum in Texas also had no insights. I’m left to wonder if they are genuinely that rare.

Re: New Member with Questions
I found out that “Don’t Shoot That Word” is extremely rare, both in disk and cassette form. It had poor sales and was discontinued, making complete sets, especially with boxes or manuals, even more elusive. Unfortunately, I still lack any information regarding the Phonelink.

Re: New Member with Questions
It’s been nearly six years, and I’m still searching for information on these two items. No sold or even listed listings have surfaced anywhere. I’m still keen to hear from anyone who might have insights on either.
