I’m excited (and relieved) to announce that our new documentary, Arcades & Love Songs: The Ballad of Walter Day, is now available on all major video-on-demand platforms!
As my directorial debut, it has been incredibly fulfilling to witness such positive reactions and reviews from audiences.
Our aim was to entertain and engage devoted “KofK” fans while reaching a wider audience with a narrative about pursuing dreams and healing hearts. After our theatrical run, it feels like we’ve achieved that.
Moreover, to add to the Purple Rain spirit of the project, we also assisted in releasing Walter’s debut album at the end of last week.
I encourage you to watch the film and share your thoughts—if you don’t cry, I’ll refund our portion of the ticket price! After hearing Walter’s songs for over twenty years and countless times during the post-production phase, I still find joy and rhythm in them.
