Thanks to the developer who reached out via email, we can now introduce you to the latest ZX Spectrum game ‘The Last Bullet’. This new game was developed using the MojonTwins MK engine. To bring you up to speed, we have the complete story of the game along with gameplay footage from Saberman.
Here is the story and full details: “Paleto Jones returns home after several adventures, Bartolo’s flute ended up in the hands of a sailor, and his uncle Ramón rests in the shade of a cypress. However, upon arriving at his village, he finds it deserted with its inhabitants missing, including his beloved Maribel. To make matters worse, giant spiders and the undead roam freely. His investigation leads him to Billy Joe’s mine…”
The game features 3 phases:
- – Ghost Town: Explore the city to find gold for purchasing dynamite to blow up the mine entrance.
- – Billy Joe’s Mine: Rumors suggest the town’s inhabitants and Maribel are held captive in an Indian village in the desert. To reach them, you must navigate through the mine and collect all precious stones to get the exit key from Billy Joe.
- – Hill Valley Desert: Reach the Indian village and rescue the townspeople and Maribel, escaping on horseback.
- Note: Ammo and health recharges are scarce and must be managed carefully during the game.
