RailGods of Hysterra, a cooperative base-building survival action game set in a twisted Lovecraftian dreamscape from developer Troglobytes Games and publisher Digital Vortex Entertainment. The new trailer showcases the celestial locomotive of the game and explores the challenges of surviving in a post-apocalyptic Lovecraftian world.
Old School Gamer Magazine: How did the idea for this game originate?
Lucian Iurino: The concept for RailGods of Hysterra came about during a period of exploring new game ideas and genres after playing various action and survival games. Inspired by the Snowpiercer TV series and Lovecraftian horror, the idea of a survival/base-building game centered around a giant train was born.

Iurino: As the Art Director, I oversee the artistic direction of the game and ensure cohesion between different artists and elements.

Iurino: We hope RailGods of Hysterra is remembered for its unique setting, gameplay mechanics, and the passion and effort put into its development by our indie team.
